Work Fragment was mostly created with wastepaper collected from the floor of my studio or the waste bin, expressing that my memories are as fragmented and fragile as paper. Together, the pieces of wastepaper form and present memories. In addition, I included ink painting brushwork to give the work a sense of liveliness.

Untitled-001 was created during my early stages of experimenting with waste material. The waste materials were collected from the floor of my studio.

Surface delves into the deep corners of my soul. Because I am occasionally overwhelmed by anxiety, I created artwork Surface to restore peace. The work portrays my mental changes; pure white resembles peace, while black represents anxiety. Peace and anxiety are two emotions that I believe to be inseparable, just like black and white, each requiring the existence of the other.

Untitled-003 is very similar to Untitled-001, but covered with more amount of white paint and decorated with lively lines.

Untitled-002 may not seem like a mature or perfect work. However, regardless of the outcome, I plan to persist and continue with experimenting until I reach my goal and ultimate standard.
